Frustration

Alright, time to do a little venting. This really doesn't have a lot to do with fashion, or photography, or anything within that industry. I'm a little perturbed with the mobile phone industry. Within the last three and a half weeks I've experienced more issues with my LG VU (ll months old) than I've ever had with any other phones. Take note that for the first week, my phone wasn't keeping a charge very long. Then a day or so after the first week I began to notice that my phone could not stay charged while talking on it. The rest of the week concluded and doing everything from charging the phone for almost 24 hours, taking out the battery and replacing it with a new one, etc. I finally went to AT&T. Last week AT&T went ahead and mailed me a refurbished phone alas this replacement is doing the same exact thing as the original. Pain in the ass, right? Today, I had to talk to an Indian woman today for about 20 minutes discussing what is going on with the phone. All in all they're sending me another refurbished phone and it should be here by Saturday that's one- two business days. So there is my little rant about mobile devices. Keep on top of how you're phone is working and if your warranty is still intact. Wish me luck that this phone (when it arrives) will work correctly. If not, I'm demanding a different phone on the cost of AT&T. Yes friends, that's right a demand.

Day of birth

Today is my official day of Birth. And so it is.. twenty three years of age. As it is said, I'm gaining a year of age. When I am asked the typical, "how old are you?" question I reply with a sny, "Well, I'm 23 years young". Yes, that is a little far fetched because we're all getting older regardless of the philosophical approach.

I feel more than anything this year will consist of much needed growth in resume, portfolio, and references. I want to build my status in the entertainment world of booking and touring. I've been asked to book a small tour for a new band in Buffalo. Whether or not a press kit will be administrated, I feel like this could work out. Another goal I wish to attain is my style. I would like to grow more refined and dedicated in my approach to new trends and how they can be filtered when certain classics meet iconic looks of 2009. For instance leather pants, chain covered booties, one shouldered dresses, over sized sweaters and tee's, and exaggerated shouldered blazers. We'll see if those make their debut in my closet this season.
